Instructions
- Heat a pan over medium heat and drizzle olive oil on each slice of sourdough bread.
- Toast the bread slices until golden brown on both sides.
- In a small bowl, mix ricotta cheese with salt, pepper, and lemon zest (if using).
- Spread a generous layer of the ricotta mixture on each slice of toast.
- Spoon nduja on top of the ricotta, spreading evenly.
