Ingredients

  • 1 boneless turkey breast
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup chopped celery
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh herbs (such as parsley, thyme, and rosemary)
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for drizzling


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare the turkey breast.
  2. Butterfly the turkey by slicing it horizontally through the middle and pound to an even thickness.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine breadcrumbs, celery, onion, and fresh herbs, then add chicken broth gradually until moist.
  4. Spread the stuffing on the turkey, roll tightly, and secure if needed.
  5. Place seam-side down in a roasting pan and roast for 40–50 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
