- 1 boneless turkey breast
- 1 cup breadcrumbs

- ½ cup chopped onion

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare the turkey breast.
- Butterfly the turkey by slicing it horizontally through the middle and pound to an even thickness.
- In a mixing bowl, combine breadcrumbs, celery, onion, and fresh herbs, then add chicken broth gradually until moist.
- Spread the stuffing on the turkey, roll tightly, and secure if needed.
