Ingredients
- 1 pizza dough
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, finely grated
- 2 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 5 ounces cooked spinach, squeezed dry and chopped
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 can (14 ounces) artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
Instructions
- Prepare the Dough. Start by lightly oiling a baking sheet. Shape the pizza dough according to your preferred thickness, placing it onto the sheet.
- Add the Garlic Oil & Toppings. In a small bowl, combine olive oil and finely grated garlic. Use a brush to evenly coat the dough with this mixture. Next, dot cream cheese generously on top, followed by layering spinach, mushrooms, mozzarella, Parmesan, and artichokes.
- Bake. Preheat your oven to a sizzling 500°F (260°C). Carefully slide the pizza into the oven and bake for 10–15 minutes. Keep a close watch until the cheese is melted and the crust achieves that desirable golden hue.
- Serve. After removing the pizza from the oven, let it cool for about a minute. Then, slice into wedges and serve warm, allowing the flavors to shine.
Notes
For a quick meal, consider using store-bought dough or a pre-made crust. Incorporate fresh herbs such as basil or oregano for an additional layer of flavor.
