Description

Flourless banana bread is a gluten-free, naturally sweetened treat made with oats or almond flour for a healthy, moist texture.


Ingredients

  •  3 ripe bananas, mashed  
  •  2 eggs  
  •  1/4 cup honey or maple syrup  
  •  1/2 cup peanut butter or almond butter  
  •  1 tsp vanilla extract  
  •  1 1/2 cups oat flour or almond flour  
  •  1 tsp baking soda  
  •  1/2 tsp cinnamon  
  •  1/4 tsp salt  
  •  1/2 cup chocolate chips or nuts (optional)

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.  

2. In a bowl, mix mashed bananas, eggs, honey, peanut butter, and vanilla.  

3. Stir in oat flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.  

4. Fold in chocolate chips or nuts if using.  

5. Pour batter into the pan and smooth the top.  

6. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.  

7. Let cool before slicing.  

Notes

  •  Use extra ripe bananas for better sweetness.  
  •  Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days or freeze for longer storage.  
  •  Swap peanut butter for almond butter for a different flavor.
