Description

Premier Protein Pancakes are fluffy, high-protein pancakes made with Premier Protein shake for a nutritious and delicious breakfast.


Ingredients

 1 cup Premier Protein shake (vanilla or chocolate)  

 1 cup oat flour or whole wheat flour  

 1 egg  

 1 tsp baking powder  

 1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)  

 1/2 tsp vanilla extract  

 1 tbsp sweetener (honey, maple syrup, or sugar substitute)  

 Cooking spray or butter (for frying)  


Instructions

1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the Premier Protein shake, egg, and vanilla extract.  

2. Add oat flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and sweetener, then mix until smooth.  

3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with cooking spray or butter.  

4. Pour 1/4 cup batter per pancake onto the skillet.  

5. Cook for 2-3 minutes until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for another 2 minutes.  

6. Serve warm with your favorite toppings like fruit, nut butter, or sugar-free syrup.  

Notes

  •  Use different Premier Protein shake flavors for variety.  
  •  For extra protein, add a scoop of protein powder.  
  •  Adjust sweetness based on preference.
