A fresh and crunchy salad that combines bright summer flavors with classic ranch dressing and zesty pickle juice.
Ingredients
- 3 cups fresh cucumbers, sliced
- 1/2 cup dill pickle juice
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
Instructions
- Wash and slice the cucumbers into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large bowl, combine cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and fresh dill.
- Pour dill pickle juice and ranch dressing over the mixture and toss gently to coat.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Chill in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes before serving.
