Description

A fresh and crunchy salad that combines bright summer flavors with classic ranch dressing and zesty pickle juice.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups fresh cucumbers, sliced
  • 1/2 cup dill pickle juice
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped


Instructions

  1. Wash and slice the cucumbers into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and fresh dill.
  3. Pour dill pickle juice and ranch dressing over the mixture and toss gently to coat.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
