Description

A delicious combination of crispy garlic bread topped with juicy ribeye steak, vibrant vegetables, and melted provolone cheese, perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf of crispy garlic bread
  • 1 lb ribeye steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven according to the garlic bread package instructions.
  2. In a skillet, heat a couple of tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced ribeye, seasoning it with salt and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked through.
  3. Add the sliced green bell pepper, onion, and mushrooms to the skillet. Sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
  4. Place the crispy garlic bread on a baking sheet.
  5. Spoon the ribeye and vegetable mixture over the garlic bread, spreading it evenly.
  6. Top generously with shredded provolone cheese.
  7. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven. Bake until the cheese is melted and bubbly, about 5-7 minutes.
  8. Remove from the oven, slice into portions, and serve warm.

Notes

For a lighter option, consider using chicken or turkey instead of ribeye. Vegetarians can make a mushroom and cheese version by omitting the meat.
