Description

Delicious bite-sized cheesecakes with a buttery graham cracker crust, creamy filling, and festive sprinkles, perfect for the holiday season.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • Colorful sprinkles for topping


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, 2 tablespoons sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a greased muffin tin.
  2. In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese with 1/2 cup sugar until smooth. Add vanilla and mix well. Beat in eggs one at a time.
  3. Spoon cheesecake filling over the crust in the muffin tin. Bake for 18-22 minutes until edges are set.
  4. Let cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Before serving, top with colorful sprinkles.
