Description

A comforting, hearty dish made with frozen ravioli, creamy Alfredo sauce, and vibrant vegetables, perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 15 oz jar of Alfredo sauce
  • 2 packs (25 oz each) of frozen ravioli
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 8 oz pack of shredded mozzarella
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted


Instructions

  1. Pour the Alfredo sauce into the bottom of the slow cooker.
  2. Layer frozen ravioli over the Alfredo sauce.
  3. Add shredded carrots and fresh spinach on top of the ravioli layer.
  4. Repeat the layering with more ravioli, Alfredo sauce, and vegetables until all ingredients are used.
  5. Top with more Alfredo sauce and sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the top.
  6. Drizzle melted butter over panko breadcrumbs and sprinkle on the top layer.
  7. Cook on high for about 180 minutes or on low for 360 minutes, until bubbling and cheese is melted.

Notes

For easier cleanup, use parchment paper to line the slow cooker. Feel free to substitute whole wheat ravioli or add your favorite vegetables.
