Ingredients
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoons milk (optional for extra fluff)
- Salt and pepper to taste

- Fillings of your choice: mushrooms, onions, bell peppers, spinach, ham, bacon, etc.

- Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them well with a fork or whisk. Add the milk for fluffiness (optional).
