Description

Greek Omelette is a flavorful, protein-rich breakfast dish loaded with feta cheese, tomatoes, olives, and spinach for a Mediterranean twist.


Ingredients

  •  3 large eggs  
  •  ¼ cup milk  
  •  ½ cup fresh spinach, chopped  
  •  ¼ cup feta cheese, crumbled  
  •  ¼ cup diced tomatoes  
  •  ¼ cup diced onions  
  •  ¼ cup sliced black olives  
  •  1 tbsp olive oil or butter  
  •  ½ tsp dried oregano  
  •  ½ tsp salt  
  •  ¼ tsp black pepper  
  •  ¼ tsp garlic powder  


Instructions

1. In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, pepper, oregano, and garlic powder until combined.  

2. Heat olive oil or butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat.  

3. Add onions and sauté until soft, about 2 minutes.  

4. Stir in spinach and cook until wilted, about 1 minute.  

5. Pour the egg mixture into the pan, tilting to distribute evenly.  

6. Sprinkle feta cheese, tomatoes, and olives over the omelette.  

7. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the edges start to lift.  

8. Fold the omelette in half and cook for another minute until fully set.  

9. Serve warm and enjoy!  

Notes

  •  Add bell peppers or mushrooms for extra texture.  
  •  Serve with whole wheat toast or a side of Greek yogurt.  
  •  Can be topped with fresh parsley or extra feta cheese.
