Ingredients
- 4 ripe pears
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 ball burrata cheese
- 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1/4 cup chopped pistachios
- Fresh herbs (such as mint or basil) for garnish
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Peel and slice the pears evenly.
- Melt the butter over medium heat in a skillet.
- Add the sliced pears and cook for about 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle brown sugar and vanilla extract over the pears and stir gently.
- Continue cooking for an additional 5-7 minutes until golden and caramelized.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Stack caramelized pears on a serving plate around the burrata.
- Garnish with pomegranate seeds, chopped pistachios, and herbs.
- Drizzle with salt and serve warm or at room temperature.
