Ingredients

- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup molasses
- ½ cup milk

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a muffin tin with liners.
- Sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Beat the butter and brown sugar until fluffy, about 3–4 minutes.
- Add eggs one at a time, then mix in molasses and vanilla.
- Gradually combine the wet and dry ingredients, alternating with the milk.
- Divide the batter among cupcake cups, filling each two-thirds full.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 5–10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
