Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a bowl, mix ground chicken, garlic, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, egg, parsley, salt, and pepper. Shape into small meatballs.
3. Heat a pan with olive oil over medium heat. Brown chicken balls on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
