Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko for extra crispiness)
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon milk
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- Cooking spray or olive oil spray
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Slice chicken breasts in half lengthwise to create thinner cutlets.
3. In one bowl, mix flour with salt and pepper.
4. In a second bowl, whisk eggs and milk.
5. In a third bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
6. Dredge each chicken cutlet in flour, dip in egg mixture, and coat with breadcrumb mixture.
7. Place cutlets on the baking sheet and spray lightly with cooking spray.
8. Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
9. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce or side.
