1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika

Instructions

  • 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.  
  • 2. Slice the avocados into thin strips.  
  • 3. In a shallow bowl, combine breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.  
  • 4. Dip each avocado slice into the beaten eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.  
  • 5. Arrange the coated avocado slices on the baking sheet.  
  • 6. Spray with olive oil and bake for 15-20 minutes or until crispy and golden.
