A delightful no-bake treat that combines the flavors of peanut butter and candy corn for a rich and creamy confection.
Ingredients
- 1 cup (170g) milk chocolate chips
- 2 cups (340g) white chocolate chips
- 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup (268g) peanut butter
- 3 cups candy corn
Instructions
- Prepare an 8×8 or 9×9 pan by lining it with foil and lightly greasing it with cooking spray.
- In a medium saucepan, melt the candy corn and peanut butter over low heat, stirring every 30 seconds for about 3 minutes until mixed and smooth.
- Add the sweetened condensed milk to the mixture and stir continuously for another 3 minutes until well combined.
- Incorporate the white chocolate chips into the mixture, stirring until everything is melted and smooth.
- Spread the mixture evenly in the lined pan and allow to rest for 15 minutes at room temperature, then refrigerate to set.
- Once firm, cut into squares, melt the milk chocolate chips, and dip the bottoms of the squares in the melted chocolate. Place them on wax paper to cool.
Notes
For variations, consider using dark chocolate instead of milk chocolate or add crushed pretzels for a sweet and salty twist.
